Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Requirements Management professional to support the Engineering Department in deploying requirements management processes and tools throughout the aerospace project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to translate business needs into detailed requirements, maintain traceability, and assist in substantiation and safety documentation for aircraft modification projects, ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 2 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards (14 CFR Part 25, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving requirements management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Create clear requirement documents with traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle and assess impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support development of substantiation and safety documents and create verification test plans based on requirements.
• Identify and assess risks related to requirements and propose mitigations.
• Report metrics related to requirements management to project leaders.
