Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state seeks a Requirements Management Leader to drive deployment of requirements management processes and tools for the Engineering Department, ensuring effective management of project requirements throughout the aerospace project lifecycle. Supports the development of substantiation and safety documentation for aircraft modification projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience preferred.
• Must qualify as a US Person for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and continuous improvement of requirements management tools and processes.
• Collaborates with engineers, designers, and clients to translate needs into detailed requirements.
• Creates requirement documents with traceability to deliverables.
• Manages changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle and assesses impact on scope, schedule and budget.
• Develops substantiation and safety documents and creates verification test plans based on requirements.
• Identifies and assesses risks related to requirements and proposes mitigations.
• Identifies and reports metrics related to requirements management to project leaders.
• Maintains regular attendance and work discipline.
• Other duties as assigned.
