Job summary

Safran seeks an Onsite Systems / Project Engineering Lead to support joint development activities for flight control systems in civil aerospace. You will work closely with Boeing, customer engineering and program teams to drive technical execution across the development lifecycle of mechanical actuation products.

The role requires strong technical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate design, test, manufacturing and quality teams while maintaining customer alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant aerospace engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects or cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with customers on complex programs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface between Boeing and internal engineering organizations.
• Develop relationships with customer engineering, systems and program teams.
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate customer needs into engineering requirements, priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive closure of deliverables.
