Job summary

Safran in Sarasota, FL is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional IPTs and ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance for the program.

You will monitor and manage program risk, apply the Safran program management referential, and drive reporting, governance, and escalation as needed to meet objectives. This role requires onsite presence in Sarasota, with domestic/international coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience in engineering, programs or related function.
• Strong track record with proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a matrix organization; aerospace/defense PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT and manage program risk and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and apply PM methodology (cost, schedule, quality).
• Lead program status meetings with customer and internal teams; manage risks.
• Support bid activities and validation of cost estimates; manage TRLs with Sales/Marketing.
