Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA, seeks a Requirements Engineer to support the deployment of requirements management processes and tools in the Engineering Department. You will translate high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements and maintain traceability to project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; aviation background preferred.
• Experience with requirements management tools preferred (e.g., Codebeamer).
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and improvement of requirements management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to derive detailed technical requirements.
• Create clear requirement documents with traceability to deliverables.
• Manage changes to requirements across the project lifecycle and assess impact.
• Support substantiation and safety documentation and define verification plans.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Report requirements metrics to project leaders.
