Qualifications
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in environments with noise, dust, and chemical exposure (with proper PPE).
Manual dexterity for handling small precision parts.
Responsibilities
Operate tumble deburring equipment to remove sharp edges and burrs.
Perform solvent and aqueous degreasing processes to remove oils and contaminants.
Operate grit blasting equipment to prepare surfaces for coating.
Skills
Knowledge of various metals (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with surface finish requirements and inspection techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
