Job summary

EthosEnergy Accessories And Components LLC in East Windsor, Connecticut, is seeking a Grit Blaster to perform abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning for overhaul and repair of aerospace components. You will follow established procedures, travelers and QA to ensure compliance with customer, company, and FAA requirements.

Qualifications

• One or more year's industrial experience is preferred.
• Understanding basic mathematics.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning operations in overhaul and repair of company products.
• Follow process sequence sheets, travelers, routers, repair manuals, and QA procedures to ensure FAA/customer compliance.
• Wear and maintain PPE and follow safety/environmental procedures.
• Verify blast media, pressure, and parameters for each operation.
• Complete production and quality documentation including labor hours on timesheets.
• Move completed parts to the next operation per workflow requirements.
