Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Aerospace Surface Polishing & Deburr Specialist in North Charlestown, NH. You will polish and deburr aerospace components, shaping radii and removing marks to meet exact specifications.

The role emphasizes precise measurement with gauges and careful setup of wheels and belts to achieve consistent finishes. The position offers multiple shifts, a full-time schedule, and hourly pay of $20.00 per hour, with a safety-focused manufacturing environment and opportunities

Qualifications

Holds a high-school diploma or GED.
Experience using hand tools and pneumatic tools.
Basic math and ability to read gauges against tolerances.
Proficiencies include troubleshooting, maintenance, manufacturing, and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

Create smooth, uniform outside radii using air tools.
Improve micro-finishes in fillet radii and airfoil areas by deburring and finishing wheels.
Remove machine marks and belt scratches; repair and blend platforms, shrouds, radii, and airfoils.
Use gauges to verify thickness; correct oversize conditions and manage stock removal.
Set up equipment with belts and wheels; interpret gauges and apply basic math to meet specs.
Relocate radii on existing airfoils and handle small or hard-to-belt parts.
