Incora is seeking a Customer Service oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support tactical and strategic supply chain activities for aerospace customers in the US. You will coordinate procurement, delivery commitments, order book management, and supplier development while partnering with internal teams to optimize cost and performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain, hands-on ERP experience (JDE, tcmIS), strong Excel skills, and are comfortable using AI tools like Copilot to boost

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on application of ERP systems (e.g., JDE, tcmIS).
• Proficient IT skills and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ideally CIPS qualification or working toward accreditation.

• Know, understand and incorporate Incora vision and values into daily work.
• Follows best practice and contributes to standard work; recommend improvements.
• Act as liaison for supply chain with customers and internal operations on material and component optimization, cost analysis, delivery commitments, and order book management.
• Execute procurement transactions on time and to required service levels.
• Support supplier development activities.
• Identify profit, cash and inventory reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement on pricing, contracts, and terms.
