Incora is seeking a Supplier Operations Engineer to strengthen supplier capabilities and drive performance across the supply base. You will work with suppliers, operations, quality, and sourcing to ensure components meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

You will partner with Commodity Managers and Supplier Management teams to enable informed decisions, while reading technical drawings and specs to support operational readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business or related field.
• Progressive experience in aerospace manufacturing, industrial operations, supply chain, supplier management, procurement or related roles.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and operational requirements; ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve supplier capability mapping and maintain the capability framework.
• Support commodity strategy by providing structured inputs that guide supplier decisions.
• Assist second-source development by responding to requests and proposing viable options.
• Foster improved supplier engagement through visits and relationship-driven interactions.
• Support supplier assessment needs aligned with business priorities and customer requirements.
• Provide supplier intelligence to influence procurement and contracting decisions within ownership structures.
