Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership for manufactured goods (castings & machined parts).
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide supply chain functions: procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, SIOP.
• Develop and execute inventory reduction and working capital strategies.
• Own KPI reporting and year-over-year PPV/PCV improvements.
• Define and manage commodity and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Reduce supply risk through contingency planning and supplier assessments.
• Lead, develop, and manage supply chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
