You will ensure supplier quality performance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet engineering drawings, PO requirements, and AS9102 FAI processes. The ideal candidate has aerospace supplier quality experience, knowledge of GD&T, RCCA, and AS9100/AS9102, with travel up to 80% and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of quality experience; or 8+ years of related quality experience.
• Experience in aerospace supplier quality environments preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and first article inspection requirements beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers to review product and process issues and verify PO/drawings compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements in supplier processes.
• Support Early Supplier Engagements such as PAR and control plans.
• Resolve issues with PO inspection packages and report supplier history.
• Create status reports on supplier performance and CoPQ impact.
• Manage supplier ratings and conduct periodic supplier meetings.
• Perform periodic source inspections at assigned suppliers.
