Job summary

Eaton Aerospace FMC is seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager at the Grand Rapids, MI facility. You will lead supplier recovery, partner with IPTs, and drive performance improvements to meet program commitments and customer expectations.

This on-site role requires up to 75% travel nationwide, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in supply chain, and strong procurement/process expertise. Salary range is $97,000 to $143,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Export-controlled information; U.S. person required (citizen/national, green card holder, refugee or asylee).
No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Grand Rapids, MI; active-duty military exempt from geography.

Responsibilities

Direct supplier recovery by developing and executing corrective actions; monitor performance and close recovery actions.
Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to align and meet commitments.
Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs; lead material and supplier strategies for program execution.
Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes.
Develop commodity knowledge within Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with defined tactical strategies.
Drive procurement improvements at sites and supplier locations using procurement tools.
Leverage supply chain data to align priorities with site and business objectives.
