Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Aerospace FMC division is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to drive supplier performance improvements across the global network. You will work with IPTs, planning, and procurement to ensure on-time material flow and program execution.

The role includes leading corrective actions, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and applying best-in-class procurement processes. Travel up to 75% may be required, with US employment eligibility a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; must be a U.S. person.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts with corrective action plans and monitor performance.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Lead material and supplier strategies within IPTs to support program execution.
• Establish and maintain procurement processes aligned with corporate procedures.
• Develop procurement knowledge within PECs and Operations Fulfillment to support supplier management.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive recovery plans.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier locations.
• Leverage data to set Operations Fulfillment priorities.
