Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Experience as change agent with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and quality systems (ISO standards).

Responsibilities

• Drive lean improvements and supplier audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing to manage design changes, NPIs, and transfers.
• Monitor metrics such as supplier yield, defect rate, and CAPA closure.
• Develop product acceptance and test procedures for complex processes.
• Lead cost- and quality-improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
• Provide technical leadership in sourcing, performance, and delivery.
• Lead supplier validation audits and assist with new product launches.
