You will verify supplier capabilities and maintain ongoing compliance, while collaborating with engineering and sourcing to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes Lean methods, supplier audits, and cross-functional change management to reduce costs, improve quality, and support new product introductions. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in manufacturing or engineering.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or Supplier Quality.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
• Ability to read drawings, prints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements using Lean methodologies, supplier scorecards, and audits.
• Collaborate with sourcing leaders to manage supplier changes and NPIs.
• Lead investigations of major problems with suppliers and the supply chain.
• Define process parameters ensuring supplier capability meets requirements.
• Support new product launches with suppliers and engineering teams.
