Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in materials management, business, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of supplier development experience.
• Strong background in engineering, manufacturing processes, quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical product drawings.
• Experience with PPAP and Quality System Improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Conduct audits and manage corrective actions for suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical, quality and delivery performance issues.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans for key suppliers.
