Job summary

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of SAP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree and prior experience in supply chain or procurement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing.
• Experience issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of supplier statements of work and terms and conditions for the procurement of professional services for Aeronautics' facilities and operations.
• Issue Requests for Proposal packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals and negotiate subcontracts.
• Negotiate modifications to subcontracts and execute supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal procurement policies and integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and deliverables.
