RTX is seeking software-focused engineers to join the Test Solutions Engineering team. You will design and implement Windows-based software tools that interface with advanced hardware, supporting the full product lifecycle from lab demos to production testing.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and hands-on experience with C/C++, Python, and Visual Studio, plus familiarity with hardware interfaces and Agile/Waterfall lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines required or expected by start date.
• Experience coding and testing software with one or more languages (C/C++, C#, Python, VB/.NET).
• Experience building software for Windows using Visual Studio and basic hardware interfacing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and integrate object‑oriented software for Windows platforms.
• Develop system‑level software requirements and architectures.
• Troubleshoot and optimize software for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate software with hardware.
