Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing or verification.
• Proficiency in Python for automated tests, scripts, and test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute requirements-based tests to verify safety-critical flight software.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Create test environments for future software applications and evolving projects.
• Support verification activities, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement code coverage strategies and tools.
• Author and maintain detailed test cases for system-level and unit-level testing.
• Contribute to robust regression testing framework for ongoing software quality.
• Use Python, Jira, and VectorCAST or similar tools to manage tests, defects, and reporting.
• Collaborate with software test team and developers to identify defects and validate fixes.
• Document test results clearly to support release decisions and safety assessments.
