Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate across product management, software development, systems engineering, test, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Engage operators and mission partners to define needs and translate them into the product vision and priorities.
• Own or support roadmaps connecting priorities to software increments and releases.
• Prioritize features and backlogs based on mission value, feasibility, risk, and priorities.
