Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Manager & Operations Integration Lead to coordinate US Space Force test campaigns and integrated simulations.

You will interface across SPA sites and with the client Program Manager to align requirements, risks, and timely deliverables. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s in a space-related field, 10+ years of leadership in DoW/IC system engineering or related analysis, and strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Space-related discipline.
• 10+ years of leading and integrating DoW and IC system engineering, operations research, and/or cross-domain studies and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience preparing written reports and presentations for decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical program management across SPA sites and with the client Program Manager.
• Attend Technical Exchange Meetings and support HEAT3 execution.
• Manage requirements traceability, prioritization decisions, and acceptance criteria validation.
