Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sr Software Eng Manager to lead software engineering teams delivering aerospace software. You will report to senior leadership and work in a hybrid Phoenix location, guiding projects to meet objectives and customer requirements.

You will oversee software development processes, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality deliverables that comply with aerospace standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering management.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management.
• Proficiency with C++, Java, or Python and embedded systems software development.
• Experience with DO-178C aerospace standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver aerospace software solutions on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement software development plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and aerospace compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of software engineering processes and team performance.
