Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support material flow across our Tampa facility. You will receive shipments, prepare orders, maintain records, and ensure materials reach the right places to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, basic math, and the ability to read and follow work instructions. On-site shift, with opportunities to grow within our global aerospace services network.

Qualifications

• English communication skills are essential for clear instructions and teamwork.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related roles.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in counting and documenting materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments per customer and carrier requirements.
• Record received and shipped materials in inventory systems.
• Route materials to appropriate departments and report discrepancies.
• Load/unload and transport materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
