Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in North Berwick, Maine, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to coordinate multi-department project activities for gas turbine engine hardware programs. You will manage plans, schedules, budgets, and master schedules, and ensure milestones within targets across commercial and military programs.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, assess risks, monitor costs, and support both OEM and government projects. Travel about 10% is required; onsite work is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years
• Experience in Project Engineering, analytical mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution with plans, schedules, budgets, and integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and other functions.
• Identify and resolve risks by data analysis and recommended actions.
• Monitor financial performance by tracking costs and forecasting revenue.
• Support commercial and military gas turbine hardware programs.
