Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, analytical mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering.
• Advanced degree in a related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and master schedules to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and other functions.
• Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing data and proposing solutions.
• Monitor costs, forecast revenue, and re-estimate costs to support program objectives.
• Support commercial and military gas turbine hardware programs focusing on LPC, HPC, and turbine components.
