• Establish and communicate aircraft priorities, milestones, execution objectives, and recovery requirements.
• Develop and maintain the integrated aircraft execution plan with Planning and supporting functions.
• Maintain visibility of aircraft status, critical path, risks, and issues; ensure actions are tracked and completed.
• Drive schedule adherence and lead recovery actions to meet milestones and delivery commitments.
