Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and ensure schedule, cost and quality objectives are met across aerospace programs.

You will develop and maintain status tools, analyze data, and support vendor relationships while guiding the program through reviews and change orders. A Bachelor's in Engineering with 2+ years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Aerospace/defense context preferred or equivalent program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant program management experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Participates in program planning and documentation.
• Develops status and visibility tools; analyzes program data to provide insights.
• Oversees vendor activities and communications for the program.
• Reports status on assigned program aspects and coordinates reviews.
• Facilitates communications between customer and GTI personnel.
• Leads team-based solutions to program issues and onboarding of new members.
