Job summary

Jamco Interiors in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Director, Seats Program Management to lead the strategic, financial, and operational direction of Jamco’s seating portfolio across development, production, and after-market support.

The role drives portfolio profitability and customer satisfaction, chairs executive reviews, and aligns cross-functional teams including Engineering, Certification, and Supply Chain to execute programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in aerospace, seating, or program management.
• Leadership experience in aerospace seating or related environment.
• Experience leading complex development, certification, production, delivery, and in-service programs.
• Experience with P&L, revenue, cost, forecasts, EAC and EVM.
• Experience leading Program Managers and multi-function teams.
• Experience working with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, certification stakeholders, and executive customers.
• Global or multi-site leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic portfolio leadership for Jamco seating programs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead executive reviews and customer reviews.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, certification, operations, supply chain, and sales.
