Crane Aerospace & Electronics Elyria is seeking an R&O Contract Administrator to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and manage all Repair & Overhaul work in process. You will be the primary customer contact for all Repair & Overhaul.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, entering orders in Oracle, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting forecasting. Travel 25–50% and adherence to ITAR.

• Administrative capabilities required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle familiarity desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to delegate.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and coordinate across teams.
• Associate degree in business or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer contracts/requirements on incoming orders.
• Enter and manage order fulfillment transactions for assigned customers/products.
• Verify PO requirements align with terms; write work instructions; contact customers for discrepancies.
• Order parts, request quotes, enter sales orders in Oracle; adjust dates and determine export requirements.
• Prepare shipping paperwork including FAA 8130-3; manage packing requirements.
• Forecast parts and support stock to meet contractual TATs; use forecasting/consumption reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet metrics (OTD, TAT) and resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and training.
• Maintain good customer relationships and act as customer advocate.
• Assist in resolving invoice collection issues with customers and internal teams.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
