Job summary

Andromeda Systems, Inc is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Lexington Park, Maryland, to manage Reliability and Maintainability engineering efforts for NAVAIR and commercial customers. Responsibilities include reviewing Program Plans, performing analyses, and supporting meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Knowledge in R&M modeling and related areas is preferred. Benefits include 401(k), paid leave, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an R&M Engineer or relevant R&M experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis (< 25%).

Responsibilities

• Review Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Plans for aircraft.
• Evaluate and perform R&M analyses and predictions.
• Collect R&M data and populate FRACAS databases.
