Job summary

Phmsociety in Duluth, Minnesota is looking for a Manager of Reliability & Maintainability to lead a team focused on improving aircraft reliability and operational readiness. This role requires strong expertise in reliability engineering, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, with a Master's preferred, and 8+ years in related fields. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aircraft reliability or maintainability engineering.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in FMEA/FMECA, FRACAS, MSG-3, RCM, ZSA.
• Experience in data analysis and reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Define and execute the R&M strategy across all programs.
• Lead reliability data analysis and trend identification.
• Develop dashboards and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.
