ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a proactive R&D Engineer to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products and technologies from ideation through prototype, verification, and launch. You will work with product management, manufacturing, testing, quality, and external partners to bring new technologies to life.

The role offers opportunities to grow into project and technical leadership roles while building broad understanding of engineering development programs and evolving capabilities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, materials, manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of aerospace mechanical/structural design experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Person status or export control compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to design and development from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct research to identify technical solutions and opportunities for innovation.
• Create prototypes, run experiments, and perform testing to validate designs.
• Develop detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, CAD drawings, test plans and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Support technology roadmaps and long-term R&D initiatives.
