Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with AS9102 first article inspection documentation requirements.
• Background in aerospace manufacturing documentation or quality records.
• Familiarity with ITAR-controlled documentation handling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer shipment data packages: CofC, material certs, inspection records.
• Generate Certificates of Conformance in ProShop for outbound shipments and route for sign-off.
• Coordinate FAI package collection and routing with QE and Lead Inspector.
• Track FAI status and escalate incomplete elements to QA leads.
