Job summary

ADDMAN Advanced Metals – Statesville is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR, and customer requirements. You will drive audit readiness, supplier quality, and cross-functional quality initiatives across manufacturing, additive, machining, inspection, and supply chain operations.

The role requires strong RCCA expertise, risk-based thinking, and the ability to mentor auditors while building a scalable quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
6–10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or high-regulation manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated leadership within AS9100-certified organizations.
Strong RCCA experience using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, etc.).
Experience with nonconforming material control and MRB processes.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and maintenance of an integrated QMS, compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
Lead audit readiness and execution, oversee contract compliance and supplier quality.
Serve as primary Quality liaison with external auditors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and execute risk-based internal audit programs aligned to AS9100 requirements.
Train and mentor internal auditors and cross-functional audit participants.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to embed quality requirements from design through delivery.
