Job summary

Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Quality Manager for the Euclid, OH facility. You will lead the deployment of the quality strategy for production and new programs, ensuring compliance with Eaton and industry requirements and driving improvements through audits and metrics.

Preferred candidates have AS/9100 experience, QA certifications, and demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting. Relocation within the United States is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the Quality strategy for production and new programs.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton, customer and industry-specific Quality requirements by audits and assessments.
• Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure to support strategic initiatives.
• Integrate Quality concepts into the new product development process.
• Analyze quality metrics and review results to drive corrective actions.
• Develop talent within the Quality organization and deploy Eaton’s EQS tools.
