Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division seeks a Test Manufacturing Engineer at the Euclid, OH facility to develop and optimize production testing for aerospace hardware.

You will implement cost-efficient testing processes, apply DOE and Six Sigma methods, and collaborate with Design, Operations and Supply Chain to improve first-pass yield and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year technical experience in a testing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship; must be a U.S. person per export regulations.
• Relocation benefit not offered; candidates within 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH considered.

Responsibilities

• Apply test procedures, DoE, cause-and-effect analysis, 8D problem-solving techniques to create cost-efficient testing processes for complex aerospace hardware.
• Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams including Design Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Operations to ensure manufacturability and participate in design review processes.
• Develop and implement efficient testing procedures to improve first-pass yield and enable digital data collection from testing.
• Support tooling, time standards, and capacity planning to meet departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
