Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division in Jackson, MS seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier improvements in Quality, Delivery, and Lean initiatives. The role requires coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with Eaton Aerospace requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of quality-related experience.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support for implementing and sustaining Quality Leading Indicators (QLI).
• Review and assign Quality Requirements to Purchase Orders with Supply Chain.
• Lead audits to AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create Inspection Plans for parts with CTQs and special processes.
• Coordinate supplier change requests and MR activities.
