Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• One year of experience in quality or a technical field working with quality management systems.
• ITAR: U.S. person per ITAR eligibility.
• No relocation assistance; reside within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft maintenance tasks to assure alignment with customer repair orders and prevent quality problems.
• Determine, develop, and monitor inspection and test techniques to meet customer flow-down requirements for each shop visit.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to improve maintenance processes and reduce quality problems.
• Work with government or customer representatives to interpret quality procedures and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Investigate and resolve product quality problems caused by processes, material, or worker error.
• Review rejected hardware to determine root cause and corrective action.
• Suggest process or tooling changes to improve producibility and yield.
• Evaluate component parts of returned material for serviceable condition using approved recovery methods.
• Maintain accurate records to comply with company policy on record retention.
