Job summary

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division seeks a Supplier Quality Analyst-Castings for our Euclid, OH facility. This on-site role focuses on inspecting castings and qualifying suppliers, with a salary range of $71,000–$105,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You’ll review PPAPs, perform supplier audits, and drive actions to reduce DPPM, improve FPY, and ensure compliance with customer and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field required.
• 3+ years combined work experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• 1+ year experience in foundry/metal casting/machining environment OR quality oversight at foundry/machine shop.

Responsibilities

• Review PPAP, First Article Inspections and supplier products at casting and machining suppliers.
• Drive reductions in DPPM, Scrap and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) of purchased products.
• Support customer corrective actions and provide guidance on Eaton purchased materials.
• Dispositon nonconforming materials to support timely corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Interface with suppliers to drive corrective action through DMRs and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and develop QA methodologies at the Euclid site.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement using PFMEAs, MSAs, control plans, PPAP, and process capability studies.
• Perform supplier audits to approve new suppliers and monitor existing ones.
• Report supplier performance to Quality Management in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain records to comply with company and customer retention requirements.
