Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division seeks a Test Manufacturing Engineer for the Euclid, OH facility. You will oversee testing of fuel pumps, analyze failures, and drive improvements in first-pass yield, data digitization, and testing efficiency.

You’ll lead cross‑functional projects focused on cost, lean practices, and new product introduction to ensure quality and safety. The role emphasizes development of robust testing procedures, collaboration with design and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one (1) year technical experience in a testing environment.
• This position requires U.S. person status for export-controlled information.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Euclid, OH will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Apply test procedures, DOE, fishbone diagrams, and 8D problem solving to develop cost-effective testing processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain testing processes and fixtures for aerospace hardware.
• Lead multiple projects across complex work teams and interface with Design, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Improve first-pass yield and digital data collection from testing.
• Support lean manufacturing, kaizen events, and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in capital equipment procurement and start-up as needed.
