Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FMC Aerospace division seeks a Site Quality Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the Quality function, drive AS9100 compliance, and advance continuous improvement across QA, supplier quality, and inspection.

You will mentor teams, ensure QMS effectiveness, support audits and regulatory requirements, and partner with plant leadership to achieve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in quality supervision or management in aerospace, automotive or medical manufacturing.
• Experience managing AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• ITAR: U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Direction to the site Quality function, leading QA, supplier QA, QMS, and inspection.
• Maintain and improve the site's QMS to AS9100 and other applicable standards.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and lead audits.
• Support regulatory compliance and customer requirements.
• Develop and monitor quality objectives, metrics, and processes.
• Lead and develop Quality Department personnel and cross-functional teams.
