Job summary

Eaton seeks a Site Quality Manager for its aerospace division in Irvine, CA. This role directs Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, QMS, and regulatory compliance with AS9100, FAA, EASA, and UK CAA requirements.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, mentor teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality initiatives, audit readiness, and effective quality governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in quality supervision or management in aerospace, automotive or medical manufacturing.
• Experience managing AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• U.S. work authorization; ITAR considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Quality function under Plant Manager guidance.
• Drive compliance with AS9100, FAA, EASA, UK CAA and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality procedures, metrics, and processes.
• Mentor and develop Quality Engineers and inspectors; drive corrective/preventive actions.
