RTCA is seeking an Aerospace Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a precision CNC machining operation on flight-critical programs in Washington. You will own the QMS, drive audit readiness, and supervise the quality team to ensure conformance and on-time delivery.

You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement, and support supplier quality, calibration, and program readiness. A strong AS9100 background is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years quality experience in aerospace or precision CNC machining, incl. 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100, QMS maintenance, and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the Quality function for a complex aerospace CNC operation.
• Manage inspection, CMM, and quality engineering; coach the team and manage staffing and performance.
• Plan and lead internal audits; host customer, registrar, and regulatory audits; drive closure of findings.
