RTCA is seeking an Aerospace Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for flight-critical CNC machining programs. On-site at our Fife, WA facility, you will own the QMS (AS9100), drive audits, supplier performance, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You will coach the quality team, manage internal and customer audits, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining conformance across programs. A strong background in aerospace quality is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/quality.
• Five years of aerospace/precision CNC quality experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong AS9100 knowledge and audit execution capabilities.
• Experience with nonconforming material/MRB, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the QMS in AS9100 compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Quality department including inspection and CMM; coach and develop the team.
• Plan and lead internal audits; host customer, registrar, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Drive RCCA/CAPA for internal, supplier, and customer issues and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
• Manage nonconforming material and MRB activities with accurate records and costs reporting.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on supplier approvals and corrective actions.
• Establish and report quality metrics to site and enterprise leadership; drive improvements.
• Promote quality at the source and operator ownership on the shop floor.
