Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree and 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, plus active security clearance after day one. Relocation is not offered.

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and transform work cells into lean manufacturing cells using standard work.
• Facilitate Manufacturing Standard Work and Cell Design workshops.
• Facilitate Integrated Production Logistics workshops.
• Lead Lean Bootcamps with factory staff.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping events.
• Serve as Lean SME during CORE Leadership Weeks.
• Co-deploy policy deployment and goal-alignment sessions.
