Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure AS9100 compliance. You will lead internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, and monitor product quality across production and administrative processes.

You will also engage cross-functional teams, provide on-the-floor training, and ensure timely disposition of nonconforming material while maintaining rigorous quality metrics for supplier and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or management (3+ years quality checks).
• Experience with AS9100 audits and corrective actions.
• Hands-on inspection experience to reinforce quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System and drive its effectiveness.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Communicate risks and issues to leadership promptly.
