Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality management roles.
• ASQ affiliation is a plus.
• AS9102 experience and execution.
• Experience with dimensional inspection and supplier certification.
• Internal auditor experience.
• Experience with AS9100 rev. D.
• Expert level root cause and corrective action experience.
• Data collection and statistical process control.
• People management skills.
• Familiarity with government source inspection.
• FAA and/or DoD experience.
• GD& T or IMTE experience.
• Government contract reviews experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Capewell Quality efforts and personnel.
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100 Aerospace Standard.
• Evaluate production operations to ensure products meet quality and specifications.
• Develop and assure QA Department budget is maintained.
• Manage internal auditing activities.
• Collaborate with management to draft quality standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality testing and evaluation processes.
• Review QC documentation for accuracy and compliance.
