Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the AS9100 Quality Management System and drive product quality across production and admin processes. The role emphasizes proactive quality leadership, corrective actions, and sustaining compliance with aerospace quality standards.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure on-time delivery. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of quality

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelors in related field (engineering, quality, or management).
• Three+ years of quality checks or AS9100 audit experience.
• Hands-on inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with PPAP and supplier quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain AS9100 QMS across the organization.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Drive 8D, CARs and SCARs to closure.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.
• Provide on-floor training to improve quality awareness.
