You will drive process optimization, new product introductions, and cross‑functional collaboration with design engineering and production teams.

You will mentor a process engineering team, manage maintenance and equipment uptime, implement robust process controls, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense, aluminum vacuum brazing and machining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchanger and cold plate manufacturing processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes for heat exchangers and cold plates.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production teams on NPI and process robustness.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment uptime, and FIXX-based monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven process enhancements.
• Provide training and mentorship to the process engineering team.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry standards.
